At Grayson Boyd we love our products and want you to be just as stoked with them.

When you purchase with us online, we promise a fair dinkum exchange or refund. If you’re not happy with your purchase, send it back to us in its original and unworn condition, with tags attached within 14 days from receipt, and we will either send out a replacement or refund you the purchase price.

We recommend you send your returns with tracking or signature on delivery, and hold on to you proof of postage as they remain our customer’s responsibility until delivered. Refund can only be given once received and approved – so none of those “dingo stole my parcel” excuses!

We won’t accept cash on delivery returns, returns shipping must be paid in full at the time of posting to us.

When exchanging an item, we happily do this on the house. If the item is faulty, our team will organise an exchange for you, no worries. We recommend reading our sizing page to ensure our clothes fit your hot body and our mandals fit your feet, first time round.

Grayson Boyd will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, notify us within 14 days of receipt.
